Sheldon Johnston

Sheldon certainly was willing to spend time on estimating the value of the property. He has deep knowledge on the market, the worth of properties, the types of buyers to market the property to. He also works consistently and thoroughly the reach the right buyer and was great on closing the sale. I always felt informed and up to date on progress. He advises thoroughly and then leaves decisions to the seller. Really appreciated his knowledge and way of working. Sheldon you are clearly the best! I am recommending you to all my neighbours and friends. Negotiations with prospective buyers was great - he was right on top of it! Closing was the same - realistic and thorough. Assistants were quick at relaying messages back and forth too. Have worked with other brokers/companies who don't compare in knowledge or commitment!
