Shelley was great! Thank you. It would have been good if we could have met the seller beforehand. They moved furniture out, then we bought the furniture and had to move it back. This could have been avoided. Plus, we would have learned some things about the house earlier. Plus, an ideal closing date could have been negotiated with a meet up.
