Shellin Duke

Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but having someone you completely trust made all the difference!! I've known Shellin since we were young kids, so getting to work with her through such a big milestone felt incredibly full circle. She's patient, honest, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. At no point did we ever feel pressured—she genuinely wanted us to find the right home, not just any home. She walked us through every step, answered every question, and made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting instead. We couldn't be happier with our home, and we're so grateful to have had her in our corner. If you're looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond, I can't recommend her enough. Not to mention she knows everything!!!

Words can't express how grateful I am for Shellin Duke. From our first interaction, she was professional and approachable. We never felt like we couldn't be honest with her. She tirelessly advocated for all our requests, negotiating persistently with our seller. As first-time buyers, she addressed every question we had with grace, no matter how many. You want someone like Shellin on your side!

Shellin was amazing and we highly recommend! She had expert advice to give and her extensive knowledge led us to sell our previous home for an amazing price, buy our current home for a fantastic deal with multiple benefits, and even leave closing with money in our pocket. Shellin was fun to work with, attentive, extremely responsive (for the many questions we had throughout the process), and truly advocated for us and our wants/needs out of a home! The Miller Family highly recommends using Shellin Duke for your realty needs!
