Shelly was referred to Us by a relative of ours after a brief but chance meeting/encounter @ an Open House. We had narrowed our search for a Cottage in Bellaire, MI to one, virtually & wanted to make an offer sight unseen, from another State and needed a Realtor that was well acquainted with the area, MI real estate market and would be our representation on that end!
