Shelly Callaway

I've been investing in real estate for a number of years and have dealt with my fair share of brokers. Shelly is among the best. She is professional, communicative, knowledgeable in local trends and able to navigate her way around municipalities and ordinances. But above, she will go above and beyond to make sure you get the outcome you want. Would recommend her in heartbeat for anyone buying or selling.

Shelly had to be a mediator, a realtor, and at times a counselor during our decision to list this property. She had to work with seven different people and make everyone happy. She was a professional throughout the entire process and saw to it that each and every one of our needs were met. I cannot say enough about her outstanding leadership and guiding us through this transition. She was a 10 all the way!

Shelly did an amazing job from start to close within 3 days, smooth as silk. Would not use any other realtor out there in Panama City Beach, as even the listing agent couldn't believe that we could close within 3 days. Shelly is amazing and very knowledge in all aspects of the real estate world. When you want the best, there is none better that Shelly Callaway. Would love to give her 10 stars, as that is what her performance was nothing but amazing. Thanks again.
