Shelly is the best agent in the area. She is trustworthy and will work hard and fight to get you whatever is needed. After our inspection work was needed to get done on the house while we were on vacation 1000 miles away and she took care of everything so the closing could happen on time. Her knowledge of the local area and connections got my work done on time and quality was top notch. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

She is very honest, when it is not a good deal she will tell you, which is what you want not someone that just wants a quick sell. It was my first time buying a home so she was patient with me in explaining how things work. She is a keen negotiator and added a few needed items to the table saving me time and money.
