I highly recommend Shelly Cronin if you want someone to take care of all of the steps required to sell a house and are too busy to do a lot of the coordination with subcontractors required to knock out any items that arise during inspection. I was busy working 60+ hours per week, out of town, so I left everything to her and only thought about the sale when she contacted me, either by phone, e-mail or text for signatures or decisions. Her network of subcontractors was effective and affordable. We had multiple offers within a couple of weeks and I could not be happier with her service. A+. Highly Recommend.
