I found her professional, competent, and eager to help me even though I was no longer in the area. Shelly took care of everything. She listened to what I had to say about the house, and what I was looking for. Her idea for the campaign matched what I had been thinking. She told me in advance what I could probably expect. She took care of all the details, (including photographers for the listing and repairs after inspection) and we had an offer on the house in 3 days. We closed before Thanksgiving, and she did it ALL via phone and computer. She was a true JOY to work with. Very positive and upbeat! I called her on the way to closing because I was worried that I had forgotten something. I waited until after 8:30am. She told me I could have called her at 3am. She called or texted me any time there was a development and kept me in the loop. A real treasure in today's workplace!
