sheree was such a big help to me starting with the forms to fill out - answered all my many questions .she was optimistic it would sell when I thought maybe not this year .she kept me updated on the buyers thatvwere interested & those that werent. she worked to give me a closing date that would work for me so I could attend closing.she even helped me dispose of some items I had to leave . most importantly I trusted her expertise cuz she was always honest with me & I considered her a friend . I felt I could call her about even small things not related to the sale of my property .I would recommend her to anyone interested in selling their home or property without hesitation .
