Sherry did a great job!!!Sherry was very informative !! Impressed with the photos she had done. Great sales rep

We were completely unsatisfied with her first realtor we talked to a friend who also works in the same field who directed us towards Sherry. Working with Miss Condee made this easy only because she would call us and tell us what was going to happen. Which was very comforting as a first time home buyer. Constant communication on every house in our budget. She walked us through every step of the way from what kind of house we can get to it's a good neighborhood or not or if the house just wasn't up to par. She helped us through financing everything telling us what was going to come out of our account moneywise. After closing she still checked up on us helping us explaining things to us. I can honestly say that she is trustworthy protecting and loving. And we will be working with Sherry exclusively in the future.

Sherry was constantly getting in touch with me during the process. From making the offer to closing. She was giving me new information and reminded me of any changes or action items I need to do.

Friendly.professional. Very good agent.

This is not my first transaction. I have bought and sold many. Sherry was on top of everything. She kept me very informed and prior to even getting the listing Sherry offered some fabulous suggestions to make the property more desirable. THAT is information only a seasoned professional has the knowledge of. I am very appreciative of Sherry’s style and grace. I would love to use Sherry for transactions that I have in other states. Sherry was my contact and despite her busy schedule she didn’t delegate duties to anyone else. She stayed connected with me from the very beginning.
