saw her advertisement at her office at emerald point contacted her and she was very helpful and readily available. Each time we contacted her she was always available and ready to meet with us. Other agents are hard to reach and do not answer their phone and you have to leave a message and they seldom call you back. Was always available and answered many of our questions. We were in St. Louis so I called or e-mailed her numerous times with questions. If she knew the answers she immediately answered our questions and id she did not she found the answer and got back to us quickly. It was a very pleasant and professional relationship throughout the process. Our entire experience was first rate from when we first contacted Sherry in October until we closed the deal in January. Sherry was most helpful but no pushy

She was in the office and willing to help with setting up appointments within our time frame. if she didn't know about something she was willing to find out the info.

Agent Sherry Mcnelis was a wonderful person to work with in the sale of our House in Rockaway Beach Missouri. She was always ready to answer any of our questions and the extra time she took to make sure everything was in order was a relief. The Koski Family wishes to thank her for all the time and special effort she put in on the Sale. Sincerely, Helen and Allen
