Sheryl is great to work with She listens to our requests and always comes through!

I would highly recommend working with Sheryl Wabi in either the purchase or sale of your home. Sheryl always responded to my questions quickly with knowledge and suggestions. Sheryl is very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Sheryl saved me and my sanity! I was dealing with another broker and it wasn't working out. Sheryl is patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and was honestly, the only reason why I didn't completely hate the process of buying a new home. She cares about my needs, wants, and ensured I was balanced with "the reality" as well! 10/10 would recommend Sheryl to EVERYONE I know

This sale was unique in that we had an interested buyer when Sheryl Wabi was engaged. The house belonged to my parents who both passed away the year before. It was in need of some updates and repairs to which Sheryl was extremely helpful assisting with recommendations and scheduling. Both my sister and I lived out of state but Sheryl saved us considerable time and money going back and forth by scheduling contractors and being available at the house so they could complete repairs. When the original buyer's loan fell through, Sheryl was on it, coming to the rescue with another motivated buyer immediately. She was awesome! I suspect she keeps a cape hidden in her briefcase. Superwoman!

I felt that Sheryl Wabi truly understood my needs, displayed a genuine interest in my property and clearly explained her plans for marketing my home. She also offered sound and helpful suggestions along the way to help me understand the process of selling a home. She was always available if I had questions or needed clarification on things. Sheryl is the best agent I could have possibly asked for! Sheryl was easy to talk to and whenever she promised to do something she kept her word. She is very personable which made the process of selling my home a stress free experience! I will be referring her to my friends! When I decided to put my house on the market I also made the decision to move out of state. My friends and family were concerned that trying to sell my house while out of state would be a mistake. Sheryl made the entire process as easy as possible in that there was a constant flow of communication between us to let me know what was going on.

Sheryl Wabi was absolutely wonderful and helpful.
