Throughout the buying process Shirley was enthusiastic, thorough and communicative. She was inspired by our dream, and helped us make it happen. Shirley's negotiation skills helped us save money on our purchase so we can invest more on property improvements. We highly recommended Shirley!

Shirley is absolutely amazing also very easy to work with! She walked us through step by step and made sure we had a clear understanding! Details are very important and she leaves no room for error. We highly recommend her!!

We were out of town for much of the time while we were negotiating purchase. Shirley did all the leg work contacting county and township offices to get information. She called in plumbers and electricians to get answers to our questions. She worked very hard to make this deal happen. So please she was our agent.

With shirleys help we got our dream home and had as little stress as possible

Absolutely, she is someone I would recommend to anyone. She’s an amazing person and very kind. She is very protective of her clients and willing to do so much for after care. She honestly was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She moved mountains to get me into my home and continues to move more even after I have already moved in.

Wonderful knowledgeable agent. Great to work with and look forward to working with her again

Shirley was amazing to work with. She knew exactly what we needed to do to get the most value from our home, exactly what we were looking for and made our sale happen in 26 hours! She was available no matter what time of the day I needed to talk to her. Shirley is absolutely sincere in everything that she does. It felt as though I was working with a close personal friend.

This was my first time buying a home and there was definitely a lot that I didn't know going in. Shirley Behm took the stress out of the process. Every step of the way she was there to help and she was able to find me the home of my dreams. I would recommend working Shirley Behm not only because of her knowledge and experience but because it is evident that she truly cares about people and finding them a home.

Shirley is so encouraging, positive and an all around light to be around. She's so thorough, organized and professional. on a scale of 1-10 I would have to go at least 15. Thank you, Shirley Behm for taking the time to listen and pay attention to details.
