I don't know what else I could possibly say about how great a job Shirley did to make buying this property so easy and stress free for me. She's not only an awesome agent but a wonderful person as well.

When preparing to sell my house, my brother recommended Shirley Behm to me and my wife. We contacted Shirley and she was very friendly, she came out and provided her input. Ultimately we decided to hold off for another 6 months and she was supportive of that. When we decided to enter the market 6 months later, we reached out to Shirley immediately. She's been amazing thru the entire process. She sold our old home within 2 hours and kept everything under control during the purchase of our new home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Shirley has been an absolute pleasure to work with at all times and would absolutely insist on dealing with her if I were to return to the market in the future.

Another successful transition with Shirley! We worked thru minor issues seamlessly and bottom line, She Got it Done!

Shirley goes above &; beyond to satisfy the needs of clients

I was connected with Shirley by chance through Zillow. I had selected wanted more info on a listing and one thing lead to another and before I knew what was happening Shirley was on the line. From day one Shirley made my experience of buying a house enjoyable and fun. She was so patient and kind and really took my interests to heart. Shirley only sent me listings that she felt was within my budget but also, my interests. Shirley is a wonderful Agent and really takes pride in her work! Shirley also cares about her clients and does everything she can for them. Thank you Shirley for your patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness throughout this whole process. Outstanding all the way around! Shirley loves her job and it shows! I will recommend Shirley to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I previously worked with Shirley when selling a house, and from the positive outcome of that sale we decided to continue to use her to assist in purchasing our new home! Shirley advocated in our best interest throughout the entire process, going above and beyond our expectations by continuously visiting the property to ensure that all areas of concern were being completed promptly prior to closing, as well as numerous communications with sellers broker. Shirley truly goes the "extra mile" for her clients. Her motivation and drive is commendable, no matter if you are a seller or a buyer (I have used her for both) and will highly recommend her to our family and friends in the future!

I would highly recommend Shirley to any of my family or friends. She is dedicating to serving people & wants the best for everyone.

Within 2 weeks of listing the house, we accepted an offer! Shirley was amazing with assisting through the inspection process, and enlisting her vast connections when repairs were needed. She ensured the process went smoothly, resulting in a flawless closing! Very eager, motivated, and pleasant to work with!
