Shirley is by far one of the best agents we've ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, patient, and hard-working . We have not only found "our" realtor -- we have found a friend!

We met Shirley when we called about a house that she had in a Real Estate mag. Her enthusiasm, knowledge &; personality had us sold right away. We did not buy that 1st house but she ran her tail off to find us the right one and for that we r 4evr grateful! We will recommend Shirley to everyone because she got right in the ring with us and would not give up.

Great person great realtor keep up the good work

Shirley rocks! Nothing else necessary....

Very easy to work with, professional. Went above and beyond. Very satisfied.

Shirley is a dynamo. It often felt like we were her only clients, in that she was always there to answer the questions and concerns that came up throughout the process. Her knowledge of the area was remarkable. She was always able to suggest folks who could give us the services we needed and we were happy with everyone we used. This is the 7th home I have purchased in my lifetime. Shirley truly is the best agent I have worked with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. In the end my wife and I now have a home we love and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Shirley was amazing We had a signed offer within 12 hours of the house being listed We listed the house at 10 am and that night at 9pm we had a signed offer. From 7pm to 9pm we had gone back an forth a few times with the buyer and Shirley was on the phone and emailing us the whole time from home. She made this sale happen.

I am so thankful that I chose Shirley as my real estate agent. She went way above and beyond my expectations every step of the way. She has such a positive attitude. She stayed with it through it all, came up with new ideas, she was proactive and encouraging'. I would refer anyone I could to her. It's been more than selling a house to me. I believe she truly had my best interests at heart. This has been a wonderful working relationship through the sale. I never felt like a burden or nuisance when I asked or called her. Thank you, Shirley for being the wonderful. Lady you are ! I am better person just by knowing her! I would recommend Shirley to all my friends and family!

Shirley Behm recently helped me with a difficult estate sale. Since I live out of state, it was important for me to work with someone who not only knew the local market, but could help me connect with local contractors. It was a long process from rehab to listing but Shirley was always there to give me advice on which improvements we should consider making, right down to color pallete! Her advice was excellent and in my opinion, was one of the primary reasons why we had an offer less than 24 hours after listing. Throughly the process Shirley was extremely responsive, caring and professional. I always felt as though I was being well taken care of and I would strongly recommend her to anyone.
