As with most large purchase considerations there was a problems (mortgage provider went to another company). Shirley Behm got us through the problem and made the whole process an enjoyable experience with no after purchase regrets. We would not work with another realtor as long as Shirley Behm is available and if she wasn't avaialble we would ask for who she would recommend.
