Shirley Behm was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my home buying experience went as easy as possible. She payed attention to what i was looking for and gave me listings that matched. It was a great pleasure to be able to work with her, I would work with her again and would definitely recommend her to others.

Shirley went above and beyond what I had expected an agent to do. Shirley gave us regular updates on the sale progress. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable process. We had a few hurdles and bumps in the road but Shirley made sure we got those ironed out. The overall process was handled superbly and we would recommend both Cressy& Everett_ Edwardsburg and Shirley to anyone needing real estate assistance.

I have enjoyed working with Shirley over the past few years. I have been on both sides (buyer/seller) of the table with her. She is a very competent, thorough & and professional Realtor. I would recommend her to anyone and at any price range of home/property. She will be my pick in any future endeavors i find in the State of Michigan

Shirley Behm was more than we could have asked for. She was very professional and extremely helpful. She is always up beat and extremely friendly. She actually thought of house to show us which we ended up buying. She was always available when we needed her even on the weekends. She handled everything for us which was a relief since we lived 1 1/2 hours away and couldn’t always make it up there. Even though now it has been two weeks since we closed on our house, she still has been in contact with us asking us about the house. I feel like we started out with a real estate agent and ended up with another really good friend. She would be the first person I called if I needed a real estate agent or if someone I knew was looking for one.

Shirley Behm was a fantastic agent! When we found a few "potentially unacceptable" items during the inspection of my now new home, she contacted a couple of trades people to discuss the findings in order to figure out resolution. Shirley was super responsive and gathered information so she was prepared before getting back to me. I felt like the whole process was very smooth, with very few hiccups at all. The entire process actually didn't take long once the offer was accepted. It was actually pretty painless! I would recommend Shirley because once she knew what I was looking for, she would let me know if something fit. She was very courteous and kind. She didn't seem to be out for the sale; she was more concerned that I got what I wanted, in the price range I was comfortable with. I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house I really didn't want or couldn't afford. She was always saying "When the right one comes along, you will know." I REALLY like that aspect of Shirley. I have a tough time with salespeople; she was not offputting AT ALL.

The skill that we love most about Shirley is her ability to listen to what is important to us and then tailoring our buying experience with those needs in mind. We would highly recommend Shirley.

Shirley went above and beyond negotiating our purchase price. She also recommended many local professionals during the inspection process (which was important to us) because we were not from the immediate area. Shirley was professional, outgoing and very energetic. We appreciated her efforts in making our relocation as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend Shirley Behm: she is knowledgeable, has endless resources and her dynamic personality makes the process win/win.
