Shirley is recommendable realtor with great knowledge. Her suggestions always helped us in making the decision. She is always available. We are glad to meet her and have her as our realtor and friend. Thanks

My good friend Debbie Kinson from Windermere RE in Washington state did research for me to find the best agent in the area of my two inherited homes. Shirley fit what we both professionally admire in a person and that is how she was selected. I could not have been happier. My friend flew to California with me specifically to meet Shirley to make sure that she was the right one. She ended up being a great fit!!! This was my second home listed and sold with Shirley. I am not your typical client, but Shirley Luu is not your typical agent! She goes above and beyond in every aspect of her business. I worked with her for eight months this past year. I live in WA state and inherited two properties that were in need of tender loving care. I looked to my good friend, Debbie Kinson from Windermere RE in WA, to assist me in finding the right agent with the credentials and qualities that we look for in business. I needed an agent that could work closely with me remotely and with my friend Susie, who was my project manager. There were a lot of emails, negotiations with contractors and others to get the homes purged, cleaned, remodeled and up for sale. Shirley communicated with both of us instantly and was always available to assist no matter what time it was. Shirley is an honest, hard-working lady that loves her profession and lets you know how honored she is to work on your behalf. Her integrity and professionalism are what make her a top producer. She is one of a kind and I couldn’t have asked for more! I am a very lucky lady to have Shirley as my agent! This was truly a team effort and along the way I gained a friend. Thanks so much Shirley!

At no point did I felt pressured or frustrated. Shirley made me feel very confident at any level of the process. My family was very satisfied with the overall experience. I will definitely use her service again in the future.

Shirley Luu was an outstanding Real Estate Agent that was knowledgeable with the current real estate market. She would go that extra mile to take care of her clients.
