I met Shirley at an open house in 2007 - she was knowledgeable about the current market and helped me to find financing and purchase a home when I didn't think I could. She had a lot of good advice and really knew what she was talking about. She had my best interests in mind. She has kept in touch with me over the years and has been like part of the family! When it came time to sell my home, I didn't consider anyone else because I know she would bring her best to make sure my home sold quickly and for the best price we could get.

Shirley is a very good of what she does and easy to talk to. She answered and walked me through the whole process of the purchase. She is very straight forward very honest person. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Mrs. Shirley Luu is absolutely the best agent broker you could ever ask for. i'm a picky person and I've tried 3 brokers before her past year without success (one also from Century 21). I will refer her to friends and family. She the type of people that can stand out from the rest and make a different. I hope company will consider my comment and give her a promotion. Sincerely,

We are the first time home buyers. Shirley took her time explaining us all the details and guided us in all aspects of home buying process. She is always there for us whenever we need. Shirley is very professional and thorough in all the details, she followed up on my loan with the bank people and always on top of the things. I think her biggest strength is empathy towards the clients.

My husband and I chose Shirley Luu for the sale of our home because we met her at an Open House we had gone to see in the past and she was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. She was very enthusiastic about Real Estate. When we left that Open House we knew we would look her up if we decided to sell our home in the future and that's exactly what we did with NO REGRETS. She's very professional and enthusiastic about her work and was always there to answer questions or concerns we had along the way. She was always quick at responding to anything that needed to be done and helping us get though the selling process. I would highly recommend Shirley to anyone selling their home. She goes the extra mile in her work. Shirley is a very positive person with loads of energy. I can't say enough about Shirley Luu. She's a beautiful and thoughtful person who shows interest and caring and patience when going through the selling process. She's very knowledgeable about Real Estate and if she doesn't have the answer will get it for you. My husband and I were very happy that we happened to meet her at one of her Open Houses and still remembered her a year or two later when we were going to sell our home. That's how much of a good impression she made on us. Shirley Luu is a great asset to Century 21 Astro. All sales people should have her enthusiasm. Shirley made the selling process go easier for us by sitting with us and explaining everything we were signing. She had several open houses with positive results, fun open house signs and had loads of people coming though to see our home. We were very happy with the outcome.

Excellent negotiator.
