Thanks again for your best services Ms Luu !!!

Shirley Luu is a rockstar besides being professional and accessible. Shirley is well organized and quick to answer every question, large or small in the home buying process. We felt so informed every step of the way because of how clear and strong of communicator Shirley is. Shirley Luu truly did not disappoint and surpassed every expectation we had for a real state agent, she took the time to sit down and explain the process to us and genuinely listened to the vision we had for our home. Not only is Shirley professional and competent in her role, but she is also very charismatic, making all communication with her enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending Shirley to anyone in need of an agent because I know they will be well taken care of. I am so grateful for her. Thank you, Shirley.

Shirley was very helpful throughout the entire process. She made both selling our home, and buying our new home easy. She was both professional, and thorough. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or by a home, and if in the market ever again would definitely use her. She was very easy to work with, and worked through any issues during our time working with her. She was able to keep the listing of our sale relevant the entire time. She had a good feel for the market when selling and buying. She was always available to answer questions in regards to any aspect of the process. Everyone was helpful and friendly. She was awsome!

Due to the interest rate increases, the market was very challenging. Shirley Luu did a great job explaining the changing market conditions, modifying the sale strategies, and finishing the sale in time. She even helped the buyer get a great rate! She is a hard worker and always goes the extra mile. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, commitment, honesty, and patience were remarkable!!

Shirley was very helpful in all aspects of the transaction, and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with her overall performance, will definitely do business with her if the need arises.

Shirley took time to understand our needs and came up with a plan to help us find a property that checked items on our wish list. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy when it comes to real estate transactions. She was always there to answer any questions we had throughout the home buying process. Shirley was flexible and worked around different timezones to meet our scheduling constraints. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property in the Orange County area.

I lived in Cerritos for over 10 years, and when it came time to sell my home, I first considered Shirley because of all the advertisements I received from her over the years. Everything from flyers, to note pads, and even U.S. flags for Independence Day -- Shirley Luu became a household name. I was given many strong recommendations from trusted family and friends for other agents that specialize in Cerritos, so I contacted them, but I also contacted Shirley because of all those years of advertising. I met with every agent to discuss their strategy, but the impression left by Shirley made it a simple choice. Shirley is extremely personal and professional, and her knowledge was unparalleled by the other agents I met with. From beginning to end, of the entire process of selling my home, Shirley walked alongside me to provide guidance. Shirley gives you the big picture of the process, but she also provides every detail so that you are never surprised or concerned. I never hesitated to ask questions because I felt that she genuinely wanted to help. I wanted an agent that understood my needs, and was willing to go above and beyond to meet those needs. Shirley surpassed my expectations. If you simply look at her online listings, you can see for yourself how she differentiates herself. The photos she took of my home included a 3D walkthrough, and aerial shots to show the neighborhood and the close proximity to the schools. Her photographer highlighted every strength of my home, and the for-sale-listing came out perfect. Shirley accomodated my busy schedule to show the home, and she collected several offers after the first weekend. I was thoroughly impressed, but I was amazed to see her continue to work hard to gather more offers. Once we narrowed down the best offers, Shirley did her magic to determine which offer would see its way to fruition, and I accepted an offer after two weeks of showing my home. The escrow process was seamless. Shirley and her team were a delight to work with. I am extremely satisfied, and I would never consider any other agent when buying or selling a home. I recommend Shirley to anyone and everyone, and I would urge you to view her listings, attend an open house, or call/text her directly to see for yourself how wonderful she is.

Shirley was very prompt, thorough, and professional. She went the extra mile at every step of the way. I am very happy with my home and will look forward to going back to Shirley for my next one.
