Shirley went beyond what other realtors would to do to make the sale and assist us numerous times with the issues that go with selling our house. She was always available and very willing to help us. We can't thank Shirley enough for all she did for us.

We feel so fortunate to have found Shirley Luu to not only represent us on the buying side, but to also help us plan out and execute a successful sale of our home. Because of Shirley Luu's guidance, expertise in the area, and quick and thorough work, we were able to achieve something we weren't sure we could do - we were able to purchase our dream home! We could not be more thankful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone needing a hard-working agent who is genuinely concerned about her client's best interests.

Shirley Luu perfectly knows the market, what they are looking for, and how to deal with them. Materials to advertise the property were great. Aside from that, she took the time and effort to help us make the house look organize and cozy. With the issues of our property that was sold, she was still able to deliver excellently. I must say that she takes time to really get to know her clients as well, so she could really meet our needs. She even helped us find a place to move in after we sold the property, and checked on us to see how we’re settling in. Shirley is truly a gem!

SHIRLEY PERSONALLY ASSISTED SELLER ALL ALONG THE PROCESS. She made recommendations for vendors, gave access to service providers if we could not be at house, did an excellent job staging the home, and was always positive and supported with family. She had personal emergencies during the sale process but always stayed accessible and attentive. We always felt she had our best interests in mind.

Shirley gave us excellent guidance. Can't say enough good things about her. We were rgularly outbid by other buyers for a year with another agent. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Shirley made it easier and straightforword as possible. I Give her anything but the highest recommendation.

She is the model agent. I never work with anyone in any field with her aptitude and professionalism. Shirley was outstanding on providing us local market input and obtaining financial advise. She is the best real estate agent by far. She is a super negotiator and helped us whenever possible when drafting the contract. She will be highly recommended by us and I hope to do business with her again. Shirley was our real estate agent and in the process became a trusted friend.

Shirley has always provided us with expertise, experience, professionalism, and thoroughness. She’s always getting the best she can for us. She’s a joy to work with! Always available to discuss any aspect of the transaction. Always professional. Escrow was handled very professionally. Shirley clearly has all the skills, contacts, and resources to help her transactions move professionally.

We loved Shirley. She was always available to answer our questions and provided ALL the information we needed. As first time home buyers, we really appreciated that.
