Excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable of the marketplace. Always there to answer questions at any time. Would highly recommend her. We purchased our home through her and we sold our home through her and she made it go seamlessly.

Knowledgeable, patient and kind!

Shirley Niven is a great Realitor. Great knowledge of the area and listened to everything that we wanted in a new home. Very though and friendly . I would recommend her to friends and family.

Shirley Niven was amazing during every step of the process- buying a lot and selling our home. We will use her again without a doubt the next time we do this. She was so patient and helpful with everything, and our whole process couldn't have gone smoother than it did. Thank you for everything, Shirley!!

We would recommend Shirley Niven to anyone who is trying to buy or sell a house. She went above and beyond for us with everything, and we couldn't be more thankful for that. She made selling a home more pleasurable than we could ever expect.

Shirley is and always in the past was very professional and as a builder/developer is very important to me.its comforting to know that your realtor has your best interest at hand, and trustworthy.

This was our 5th closing with Shirley and we would not consider anyone else.
