Within a couple of hours of our first conversation, she had already sent me a long list of homes that seemed to fit my needs. There was nothing that Shirley was lacking. She treated me as if I was a family member searching for a home. She took time to point out any things that she thought might be a problem for homes I was considering. Shirley's response time and amount of communication was excellent. One of the reasons I was able to close very quickly on the home that I wanted was because Shirley worked quickly to fill out contracts and send them to me. I didn't have to constantly remind her to do things we had discussed. And she was even on vacation during part of the process which could have slowed things down, but it did not.
