Silvia is extraordinary. This was our third home purchase with her and likely, not our last. She’s become like family because she treats her clients with unmatched care, loyalty, and dedication. In a field where self-interest is common, Silvia is the rare agent who always puts her clients first. She’s thoughtful, strategic, and always ten steps ahead. Her attention to detail is razor-sharp, and she consistently goes the extra mile, at times at her own inconvenience, without ever being asked. Whether it’s late-night texts, last-minute issues, or high-stakes decisions, she handles everything with professionalism, grace, and heart. We’ve recommended her to countless family and friends and will continue to do so forever. There’s truly no one like Silvia, and we’re so blessed to have her in our lives.

Silvia Ragheb has helped me purchase two primary residences—most recently on July 5th as a married man—and she’s been outstanding each time. She’s honest about pricing, available 24/7, and always courteous. During our latest purchase, my wife—new to the process—had many questions, and Silvia either had the answers or quickly followed up. She genuinely cares and wants her clients to feel confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend her.
