Im very appreciative of Ate Sol for being with us on our journey of finding a home. She is very professional and knowledgeable guiding us all throughtout the hunting and buying process. Thank you so much.

I have known Sol for over 25 years. She has sold property in the past for me and I have bought property in the past from her. She is one agent that is not pushy, does not make you feel guilty if you don't buy something from her, she just continues to be humble and professional. She is a very good listener of your needs and always does her best and goes above and beyond to fulfill your dream of being a homeowner. She does her best to negotiate the price if you are buying a home and she will fight tooth and nail to get you the best price if you were selling your home. Even if the office is closed and she is at home, she is always accepted my text messages or my phone calls if I have any issues or concerns. I feel like we have adopted her as part of our family because that's exactly how she treats us as family. We have an excellent relationship with her and we can always count on her and I highly recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy a home or wants to sell their home Tim Sheehy

In the very near future, I will be using her services again to sell my condo. we are at most faith in her to get the job done right the first time. Sol Almarines made my life easy. She sold my rental property in just one click. She closed the sale of my propery in just a little more than two weeks while I was in the Philippines. She is a well trustworthy person and.she has all the knowledge and personality a client would be looking for in a real estate broker. Way to go Sol.
