Very trusthworthy, knowledgeable, approachable and hardworking person.

Sol did an excellent job if getting investors to view the property.

Sol Almarines has sold me 2 homes and she did it to perfection! We are now in the works for the 3rd. Sol not only sold the house to us, she sold herself as a very Trustworthy, Professional and Knowledgeable Realtor you can rely on when it comes to buying properties! She's there from the beginning to end of every transaction and made it so easy for us. I'm recommending Sol to everybody I know.

We had an issue with our "suspended" corporation during escrow and Sol went over and above trying to help us with the requirements needed to help get to a successful closing, and beyond even. When she was feeling the frustration on my part, she still does it all with a smile :) I don't think I've properly thanked her. So on behalf of the family corporation, thank you so much Sol!

It was a pleasure having Sol as our agent. She made the home buying process so much easier eventhough we were pressed for time. She was very flexible and was always available when we needed her. She is very knowedgeable and made it easier for us to understand the process. We would definitely recommend Sol.
