Sonita was amazing. Not only did she help us while she was out of town and went above and beyond, but also she provided us with guidance to put in a competitive offer.

Sonita is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and has amazing availability. She worked with us on the sale of our first house and purchase of a new home. She was ready day of when we requested to see houses, drove all over the Michiana area, and marketed our home so that it would sell for more than we had anticipated. She answered all of our questions and made the sale and purchase processes very easy! We've recommended her to friends and will be using her again, when the time comes!

My husband loved this home, and it was incredibly empty without him when he passed away. This life chapter was a hard one to close. From the very beginning, Sonita went above and beyond to make this process smooth as possible. Her expertise and dedication truly shone through in every aspect, from marketing our home beautifully to navigating the negotiation. She genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. I am most thankful for how she cared for me and protected my interests in this whole process.

I met Sonita by chance and was initially impressed with her genuine down to earth nature. As we progressed through the purchasing process, she answered all my questions expeditiously. If she did not know the answer, she researched and responded. She was always punctual, courteous and professional. She was never pushy or trying to influence us to offer more, or buy more. I was happy to have met Sonita, and would gladly work with her again.

Sonita Kham lived more than 40 minutes away from where I wanted to live but still made the time to visit each property I requested to view. She also gave me insight on how purchasing homes are in the local market as I hadn't purchased a home in over 25 years. When the house I bought last month went on the market, she immediately contacted me to visit the property and we were able to put an offer in before mosy buyers. It was a pleasure to work with Sonita and my family and I are thankful for her services.

Sonita was quick and attentive to our needs. She was always professional and easy to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the 574 area!
