Sonita was a joy to work with. She truly cared about finding us a home or family would love not just a house. She was so attentive and patient and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience as effortless as possible and ensured we were comfortable each step of the way. She truly cared and that was priceless.

Sonita was fantastic! Very professional and knowledgable! an excellent ambassador for your company that I will reccomend to anyone needing an agent.

Sonita was great to work with from the very beginning! She understood my vision for a home immediately and once I had decided to pursue a house, she was all in! She was helpful and kind throughout the whole process and really helped alleviate any anxiety that I had! Sonita was always available for questions and I knew I could count on her to let me know about important deadlines and considerations throughout the whole process! I loved working with Sonita and I love my new home!

Sonita Kham was always available day or night to answer any questions we had and made herself available to fit around our schedule for showings. Even with short notice. As first time home buyers she made this process so smooth. No question was too big or small and we felt extremely comfortable. Sonita found us the perfect home for our growing family just in time for the birth of our little one. We will always be grateful for her!

My wife Jen and I have bought and sold a few different homes over the years. This experience working with Sonita was hands down THE BEST experience we have ever had. If you want an agent that will truly work for you and your best interests, that will genuinely care and make the effort to understand your needs and wants, and that will go above and beyond every step of the way to ensure you get the best deal and that you're happy with what is one of life's major decisions, work with Sonita Kham!

Looking for a new home? Selling your current home? Do yourself a favor and work with Sonita Kham! We worked with Sonita over 6-7 months as we looked for a new home (and sold our previous home). The selling our home part was easy. Sonita had that done literally in one weekend! It was our search for a new home that took a while. We saw MANY properties and Sonita was always above and beyond patient and eager to understand our needs and wants so that we would find the perfect home for us. Sonita's prompt communication and immediate replies back to text messages and phone calls was impressive. We knew she had our best interests in mind. Sonita was thorough, thoughtful, supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. She was with us every step of the way -- all the way through closing. And best of all, we developed a genuine friendship. So not only did we find a new home that's better than anything we'd imagined, we gained a amazing new friend.
