I couldn't have been more happier with how things went with Spencer and his team. They were very accessible if I had any questions. I always thought Spencer had my best interests in my mind when we were doing the house searching. He was right there when we needed to push to meet deadlines, even reminding me to stay on top of my emails and to get the proper paperwork signed and returned to the lenders. When things got a little dicey around meeting our closing deadline, Spencer and his group formulated a great plan to get everything finalized in time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spencer to someone looking for an experienced realtor and will definitely look him up again, if any future real estate opportunities arise.

I cannot recommend Spencer strongly enough- he sold our home in 7 hours.. we were remote in Florida so had to rely on him for everything which he did without exception.. If I were buying or selling in MA, I would go nowhere other than Spencer.... I cannot fault him in any way as he took total control of the transaction from arranging remedial repairs to inspections - he always answered our calls and texts and go back to us with answers....
