Spencer came highly recommended through my mortgage broker. He reached out to me immediately and wanted to know my interests. From there he sent several homes to consider, and accepted whatever feedback I gave him graciously. I picked out a home on auction and he was right there actively submitting bids at my request. Though 2 homes fell through he kept me encouraged and levelheaded. When I finally found the home I had been hoping for he eagerly submitted my paperwork and stayed right on top of everything. He fought for me. He had a recommendation for anything or anyone I requested. He always went above and beyond.
