Spencer is amazing. Three years ago I was in the market to buy a home and went with another agency. After having two houses fall through I decided to rent. This is when I got in touch with Spencer, he helped me find my apartment, was concerns with my safety and the quality of the apartment. Spencer provided a comprehensive real estate experience. He was very knowledgeable of the market in which I purchased and also the type of home (log home). This was important when negotiating price and setting up inspections etc. During the whole process, I had many questions (not all of them intelligent). Sometimes I called, sometimes I emailed, every question was met with a prompt response, and when necessary, prompt action. For example, when I wanted to set up a meetings with him, he did not offer appointments a week away, he let me know when he was available THAT DAY and had no problem working around my schedule. In some cases, I would be standing next to him within the hour!
