Stacey was FANTASTIC, ANY issues with the communication were not from her it was a PRIOR finance company that failed to inform her in a timely manner on some very serious issues it was as if they cut her out of it but they would call me at the last second. When I switched to a local bank, Stacey AND the bank were on top of things and she was VERY HELPFUL. If I had any questions she would answer them if she knew it and if not she said she would get back to me. She did so in an amazingly timely fashion! She did such a good job I am recommending my brother use her as he is looking to make a purchase very soon as well!
