Stacey Flach is highly thought of in our area so when my mom decided to sell her house I gave her a call. My mom was very stressed about the whole process. It was my grandpa’s house and mom bought it years ago to help him out. She didn’t want someone to come in and judge the house because it was old and small. When it was time to sell I knew the only person to sell mom’s house was her new friend Stacey Flach. Stacey met with my kids and wife and myself. You could see the sadness in her eyes as she looked at my mom’s belongings. Again Stacy was patient and kind with us. We had the house under contract within 24 hours of listing. Stacey knew the area and knew it would probably be a first time home owner. She put us in contact with someone to paint and fix what needs fixed. Then we had to fix the foundation. Stacey kept us informed, made some phone calls and it was fixed within a week. Thank you Stacey for everything!

She offered good advice for us to consider. we were very pleased with the way Stacy handled the sale of our home. We will ask for her services for any future sales.
