Stacey spent a great deal of time with us developing our marketing strategy and making decisions. She welcomed our input on messaging and portraying the unique qualities of our house. She was always available to us. Her advice was always right including the use of a staging company, the timing of the market and the price negotiations. She took the time to understand our motivations and acted accordingly. She dealt with us and a family situation with compassion. I have already recommended her to others.

Stacy Smith what is a breath of fresh air. She was always in command of the transaction, she never had to think about and/or get back to me with answers as she had them ostensibly I ready for immediate feedback. Stacy knew the market well, she had realistic expectations with regards to pricing and timing of the sale, and she had an extensive network of colleagues that she could interact with and utilize for additional exposure. Stacy's feedback was virtually always immediate but was certainly same day or within a couple of hours. She never created false hope but had great suggestions on what could be done to improve the value of the property. She understood the inspection process backwards and forwards and gave great guidance on how to interpret and react to things that the inspector brought up some of which were minor and some of which were slightly of greater concern. Having that expertise is invaluable. I would never hesitate to use Stacy Smith again I would recommend her to anybody and everybody that asked me including family. It turned what can be a very arduous and challenging experience into one that was actually enjoyable.
