Stacey was so great in helping my fiance and I find our home. We are first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing. Stacey guided us through the whole process and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way! She was so patient with us as we went to numerous showings and put up with our indecisiveness until we found the perfect house. Now that we have officially closed, she has still been there for us offering referrals for projects we need done. We can't wait to work with Stacey whenever we're ready for our next home!

Stacey was wonderful in helping us purchase our first home! She guided us through the buying process and was always willing to answer any questions we had a long the way. Stacey very helpful through the appraisal process, working with the sellers and our lender to make everything work out, she really took a lot of stress out of the home buying process! Highly recommend!

Stacey Smith knew what we needed and worked hard to find a house that fit our specific needs. She was accommodating and tried to arrange showings around different schedules. We were two states away. She let our son FaceTime while showing us the house. Answered all questions. Pleasant and friendly. I would gladly recommend her to anyt

We met Stacey Smith through a mutual friend that introduced us to her. We met up at a coffee shop and got to know each other a little bit and talked through what we were looking for in a home. In the car after that meeting I think we both said right then, well she's great and we definitely want to work with her. That sentiment rang true throughout our entire process with Stacey. Being first time homebuyer's and coming from living internationally, we truly had no idea what we were doing or what to expect in this process. Stacey always put us at ease, explained any questions we had (which were a lot) and was available and communicative always. She truly makes you feel like you are her only client and a top priority (even though she is working with so many other clients). Any bump along the way that came up as we searched for our home Stacey was ready with a thoughtful solution and helped us to find our first home. She literally worked around the clock and is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and kind people we know. We truly cannot say enough positive things about Stacey and will continue to work with her exclusively in the future. Thank you Stacey for everything you did for us throughout this process, you are one of a kind. We can 100% recommend working with Stacey Smith to anyone.

Stacey Smith is the ideal real estate agent, she made the process much easier than we expected. Her communication with us was excellent and in good time, we were on a bit of a time crunch so that was crucial. She kept us in the loop with everything that was happening. The experience could not have been better or gone any smoother. Thank you Stacey!

Stacey Smith's candor, knowledge, and availability made an incredibly stressful process less stressful. I would recommend Ms. Smith because she is willing to put in the time and effort to find the right property and provide honest, useful feedback to make an informed decision.
