Stacy was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful from day one. Our process took many months to complete due to a house selling contignency in another state, and Stacy was patient through the entire process. She kept all parties in the know and worked out extentions with the seller. I never had to worry about anything in the process because she was always one step ahead of me. When I had concerns she listened, provided insight, and moved mountains to resolve them. Her collaboration with the seller of our property was above and beyond. Was friends and neighbors to Stacy before we knew she was Realtor. We mentioned we were thinking of selling home and moving to Apartment and Stacy mentioned she was both a contractor and Realtor so we asked her advice. She recommended we first downsize, first sort out what we wanted to keep then sell, donate and clean out the rest. Also find availability of Apartments.
