He was very helpful. I was a first time home buyer so when it came to negotiation, he helped me through the whole process but made sure I was aware that every decision was mine and mine alone to make. Even when I would only negotiate a few hundred dollars. Stephan went above and beyond to help me. Including taking time on Mother’s Day to go with me to view homes. Stephan was very patient and understanding. I wasn’t a typical buyer and needed a specific home in a specific market. I only had a certain amount of money I was willing to spend and he was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process.
