I was so happy with Stefan that I recommended him to my parents who were moving from Nebraska and Stefan found them the perfect home and my parents are very pleased with his service. My brother will be moving here in 2023 and plans to use Stefan also. We have bought and sold many homes and have never had such a wonderful agent that does not just drop you after closing. He has went above and beyond to make our transition to Florida so smooth.

Stefan did things like helping with agents to tend to pool and yard work, he helped us with insurance research for both car and home, did a unsolicited walk through the day before closing, on a Sunday, he over saw an issue with pool repairs and home repairs, even after closing he made copies of the property keys and sent them to us in Nebraska, via registered mail, at his own expense! The guy is a "Keeper"!!
