I met with 5 in total perspective agents for the sale of my property. I met with her first & Stephanie was selected for a laundry list of reasons. Punctual for appointments & communicative when differentiations arose. Accessable. Knowledgeable yet honest enough to stay I'm not totally sure so let me find out definitively, does that exactly & relays information. 3 agents put a low-ball anchor price on my property. I live out of state in SC the property would've sold that day for the price given & the price it sold for they'd actually had to do work. Stephanie chose the road paved with integrity & honesty & set a fair price (still sold in under a week). I heard vacuous bombastic bloviating from other agents not from Stephanie. Professional, realistic, normal, honest, real & deftly fastidious in her field. If I owned Casino Beach, I'd let her sale it a grain of sand at a time!
