After probate and estate details were wrapped up, we wanted to go with somebody that understood the current climate concerning marketing and curb appeal. We were impressed with Stephanie's and her team's ability to create the conditions through which the house was properly priced and sold in what seemed like a record amount of time.

Stephanie truly went above and beyond when helping us find our home. We were out of town buyers, and she never hesitated to make YouTube videos or FaceTime us to remotely view homes.
