Thank you, Stephanie!

Wow if you are looking for a professional, friendly, and honest agent, Stephanie is that person. We are beyond thankful for Stephanie and the work she did to get us into our new home. We were searching and buying a home from out of state and that brought with it big worries and concerns; however, Stephanie’s cheerful demeanor, straight forward/honest approach and confidence made those worries and concerns much smaller. Stephanie was patient with us and made us feel like she truly cared about finding something that was going to work for our family and meet our needs. We were on a bit of a time crunch and Stephanie worked hard to show us various properties and got us into our home in a very timely manner. This process could have been a major headache, but Stephanie gave us a peace of mind throughout the whole thing and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We would most definitely recommend Stephanie to anyone searching for a home in the area.

Stephanie was an excellent asset to have on our side buying our first home. Her willingness to work with us to find the perfect home was an experience we will not forget and are willing to recommend her services to anyone searching for a home. We did not expect to receive such an expert level of knowledge and professionalism, she set a standard that will be hard to match by others.

I had need for a local realtor and was paired up with her on Zillow. I very much appreciated her go to attitude and helpfulness that I hired her to help me find my home. Went above and beyond my expectations when I was unable to see the house in person. I would like to rate her higher than excellent. I’ve had many satisfactory realtors in the past and Stephanie blew them all away. Wonderful to work with.

She was recommended to us by a friend in the real estate industry and we weren’t let down one bit by Stephanie! She truly encompasses the character of a solid and reliable agent! We will definitely be working with her again in the future when the time comes!

In spite of very limited inventory, Stephanie was able to locate our home and assisted us with submitting our offer quickly.

Stephanie was fantastic through the entire process. She always went above and beyond for us and made the process a breeze. She is very knowledgeable of the local market and knew exactly what we wanted. When things didn’t go exactly as planned (because they never do when buying a house), Stephanie took matters into her own hands and had the issue solved immediately without us ever having to worry or stress. She exemplifies all of the great qualities you could ever want in an agent and more. I will recommend Stephanie Batson to everyone I know!

Stephanie provided knowledge and transparency throughout our selling experience. Her expertise made for a hassle free process and took the stress out of selling our home.
