We had an absolutely flawless close because of the team he put us in touch with. Stephen and our lender worked vey closely togeher throughout the process, staying on top of eveything. Stephen was great- we put offers on a total of 5 houses- coaching us, guiding us, on the dos-and-don'ts- and even answering "Well what would YOU do?" a few times personally and honestly. Couldn't be happier with how he handled all the aspects of purchasing. . Stephen deserves a higher rating than "Excellent" in evey one of these categories. He was all of these things and more. I knew from the first phone conversation we had when I was explaning out plight, that he was the one. Not only was he polite, patient, friendly, knowledable, helpful and professional, but he was honest. Straight-up, didn't beat around the bushes- to the point. Which was absolutely perfect. Wholesome honesty. It gave us confidence that he wouldn't steer us wrong. (And he didnt'!) The overall sales experience we received exceeded our royally high expectations. Stephen really went above and beyond for us in so many ways. He showed us houses all over Western Washington, happily. During October and November so it was pouring down rain most of the time. Simply put, he is the best of the best! We can't recommend him enough and will definitely be using him again in the future!
