Stephen Lake

I highly recommend Stephen Lake. His years of experience made the whole process that much easier. He was a pleasure to work with. No matter what needed to be done before selling, Steve had "a guy". I was amazed at how fast he had a person or a team of people at the house to get the job done. We were selling a small single family home yet we were treated as if we were selling a mansion. I'm not impressed by many people these days but Steve is "the guy" to get your house ready for sale and sold.

I have worked with Stephen Lake as my realtor for 12 years. He rented my property every year without incident. He's competent, trustworthy, accessible, and honest. I never had a single problem with the tenants he helped select. And when it came time to sell my house he completed the sale in a timely fashion. I have zero regrets or complaints. I cant recommend him enough.

Having owned our home for near 30 years it was important to have someone with patience guide us step by step through the process. Steve was the perfect person to assist us with the sale. He always made himself available to answer all questions we had. He was professional, knowledgeable and had great attention to detailed. Steve offered advice but allowed us the ability to have final say. We can't thank him enough we never would have gotten through this without his guidance. We truly appreciate his long days and hours of hard work.
