Steve knows the area better than you'll see from some transplant agents around. He gives the pros and cons to every house and knows to a level of certainty if you'll like the house before you ever show up. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting what it is your looking for and isn't just trying to sell you a home even if it takes a year or two.
