Steve and his assistant Alli were amazing! They both were very kind and patient as my son (5 years old) and I looked at TONS of houses until we found the right one for us. Steve or Alli were always available when I needed them for questions and very flexible and quick to make appointments for showings whenever I found homes I needed. As a very busy single mom Steve was always making sure I was on time for important deadlines and made sure to email or text when I needed to get things done for my purchase.

Steve Balmer has extensive knowledge and experience with the housing market in Fort Collins. He also had excellent knowledge about contractors to contact for repairs. Our sale and subsequent purchase of another property came with several complicated details. We had inspection repairs that needed to be mede, a contingent offer on another house, etc. In spite of all of the moving parts, Steve handled all of these details with aplomb and like a true professional. He was always available and ready to give direction and information when we asked yet another question. I highly recommend Steve Balmer!
