Buying a house in a pandemic is a weird situation, but Steve helped work out all of the kinks - especially arranging for a facetime tour of the property and coming with me to close (and answer to my questions as I signed from his own car while I sat in my car)! As my first house, I was nervous about the investment, the work needed for the house (inevitable for a property in my price range), and the steps in the purchasing process, but Steve made everything run smoothly, talked me through the reality of home ownership, has even helped me find contractors to help fix up the house after the purchase! Can't recommend him (and his lovely assistant, Allie), enough!
