Before listing the property, we discussed the things to do to make the property appealing to buyers and we discussed the best listing price to get potential buyers in the door. The photographer and stager Steve recommended we used really highlighted the best features of the home. By pricing my property competitively and delaying showing the house for a few days, Steve helped us generate serious interest in the property. Within 24 hours of showing the home, we accepted an over-asking price offer on the house. The entire transaction that followed was smooth and simple.
