Steve became involved with this family years ago when I had thought to relocate to the Bay Area from Shasta County. Steve’s name was given me by another agent, so I contacted him and over the course of some weeks he hauled me just about everywhere, showing me properties I could afford upon the sale of the home I own in Shasta County. Alas, none of the properties were my cup of tea, which was not Steve’s fault because the value of my home in Shasta County could never come close to property values are in the Bay Area. So I have remained where I am. When my sister and I decided it was time to sell two properties in Marin County, it was Steve and only Steve we considered. He impressed us back when I was looking to move and he impressed us again by the way he handled the sale of this house. He is terribly professional, infinitely patient and kind, always willing to go the extra mile. He will be our agent when the time comes to sell the other Marin property. My sister and I would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anybody interested in selling property. We are grateful we found him and have every intention of keeping him - not only as a real estate agent handing a sale, but as a good and true friend.

Steve Thielsen went above and beyond in handling the sale of our prperty. We couldn't be happier.

Sale went smooth and quickly as possible. Many great offers to select from after only one week of showing. Let agent know what I wanted, and stepped aside to them make it happen. Sale results exceeded expectation.

Thank you Steve. You made the home buying process for and easy

Steve really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new home. Being that it's kind of a country property there were some things I'd never dealt with before (100 year old water rights agreements, private road maintenance agreements, well water and septic). He knew all about the things that are common for country properties, and did a lot of research on the old permits and agreements, to make sure I really knew what I was getting into. I was thankful for all the meticulous work, but also had a lot of fun with Steve cruising around and checking out properties.

Steve was easy to deal with, and very good at keeping us updated on the progress of the sellers' thinking, and making sure we engaged them in a way to achieve a positive result. He was very attentive to all the details we needed to get it done right for our particular requirements, which included a 1031 exchange. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for real estate services in Marin.

Steve did an excellent job. I was very happy with the entire process.
