Steve wasn't just our realtor, he became a friend. After visiting FL for kids sports we decided to make a stragegic & last minute move for their future. We moved across country with a short amount of time to look for houses, make offers, negotiate, open escrow and close. We basically had a week to find a house and make the decision. Steve made our home search his top priority. He listened to all the important things we wanted in a house as far as proximity to practices, price of house and amenities. He was flexible with our hectic and crammed schedule and worked around it everytime! He helped us speed up viewings, initial walk through, inspections, appraisals and everything in between! By the time we had to fly back to CA everything had been completed and escrow was a smooth process because of it! Even after escrow closed, Steve came and checked on our house weekly and even cut the grass out of his own kindness for 3 MONTHS!! We couldn't move until November and closed escrow in August!

Steve was an excellent representative.
