We were extremely pleased with the service that was provided to us by Steve Cotter. He is an excellent communicator, the epitome of professionalism, and he always had our best interest at heart. He truly went above and beyond in working with the buyers' agent to secure the sale of our property. There are no words to accurately describe how pleased we were with all that Steve did for us in the sale of our property. I will not hesitate to use Steve in the future when I need to sell my own home. He was absolutely extraordinary and we truly appreciated all of his efforts during the sale process.

After our first phone call, I felt like he was an old friend. He calmed our fears, answered all questions. Steven Cotter was caring, professional, and patient . Selling my home was an emotional transition for me because all of the good memories I amassed over the years. I would certainly recommend him to others.

We have moved over 12 time during our marriage. That's lots of agents over 40 years. Steve is the very best agent we've ever used and to be honest, it's not even close. Steve's attention to detail is incredible. I have no idea of what else he could do to make himself a better agent. But I have a guess Steve has considered other services he might provide. He's a quality person which transcends into his work. We just love the guy.

Steve was extremely helpful with getting my parents' home on the market. His staging was beautiful and well thought out. Steve is extremely organized and has great attention to detail. The online photos and video were outstanding. He communicated everything in a very timely manner which helps to reduce stress for the seller. I have already recommended Steve to several friends who are contemplating moving. I would definitely work with Steve again if the situation were to arise. Thank you to Steve for making it so easy to sell my parents' home.

Steven was amazing from start to finish! Both my husband and I have worked with other agents before in the past but have never met someone as caring and amazing in all aspects before. He never made us feel pressured or rushed and was considerate in all aspects. He really helped us find a home we were satisfied with even when we took a while to decide. I would highly recommend Steven for anyone looking for a great home!

Steve was wonderful to work with. He truly cares for his clients and works hard to get the best price for your home. A class act in a business that isn't always classy. Steve is a great person and it was a pleasure to have him sell our house.

Steve Cotter is simply the best, and goes above and beyond to provide the highest level of service. We would highly recommend him to anyone in the selling or buying process. He sold our Dublin condo at top dollar and was there with us every step of the way with our new build. He's the most professional and poised real estate professional that one could ask for!

Steve is the best Agent that I've ever dealt with for real estate transactions.
